weekend moments

Alanna has been "army crawling" now for about a week and a half. She is getting pretty fast. I am so proud of her. Today she actually got up on her knees and crawled. Everyone says that I am in for it now because she is mobile, but I love it. When she wants me and I am in another room she comes looks for me. Today I was fixing dinner and she crawled to me saying mamamamamama. I picked her up and she kissed me. Awww thats my girl. I can't believe how fast time is going by. Alanna is almost 9.5 months already. That means her 1st birthday is right around the corner, what is a mom to do?

Hannah too! She starts 1st grade on 9/07/06. OMG. I don't think I can handle all this growing up business.

Friday night was the premiere of Cheetah Girls 2. Anyone watch it? Hannah and I was on the couch promptly at 8:00 with popcorn in hand. It was a cute movie for Hannah, she liked it. I on the other hand was a little bored. Now that Hannah is more into tweens than cartoons TV with her is more enjoyable. I HATE cartoons. All of them, they all get on my nerves. Disney has some cute shows out there for her right now. Ever see Highschool Musical? That is pretty cute too. Hannah really enhoys Hannah Montana, because of the name...go figure.

Did I tell you about one of my neighbors? Come to find out she is the mom of one of my brothers friends. I used to babysit for her 2 younger kids. Well now they are 10 and 14, not so little anymore. Anyways she had a garage sale today and I went a pickin' I got Hannah 12 long sleeve "old navy", "gap", and "limited too" shirts, 6 short sleeve striped polo shirts, 10 pairs of the same brand name jeans, 2 sweat shits, a hoody and a pair of cute "cheerleading" sweat pant all for $25.00. I normally am pretty picky when it comes to garage sale clothes for Hannah because kids her age are so rough with clothes, but let me tell you....things clothes look brand new. She is practically done for school except for shoes and underwear. You cannot even tell that any of the clothes have been worn. I was so lucky, now if I could find something like that
for Alanna the girls are set for winter.
