Labor Day

Hope everyone had a safe and happy weekend
Wow what a weekend for us here. Chris and I hosted our first cookout. I had all the inlaws over. It was a good time. We had Dave (Chris's brother) with his 4 kids ages Jennifer 21, Amanda 14, Danielle 12, David 10months,Jennifers boyfriend Carlos, Larry (Chris's brother) and his son Drake age (11?), Mike (Chris's brother) and his wife Lisa, Chris's mom Jan, Chris's stepdad Gordy, My stepsister Ashlie, my brother Kyle and his girlfriend Tammy, my friend Sarah, Chris, Me, Hannah and Alanna. What a house full. Luckily Chris and I just moved into this big new house, or else we may have had a problem. (hehe)

It was nice and hectic, just the way every family function is and should be. It was nice to have everyone together and the weather was nice too. Not to hot and not to chilly. Just right in my opinion. Alanna and David were a hit and so darn cute crawling with each other and playing together.

Its hard to believe that in just a couple of months they are going to be a a year old already. I really want these 2 to walk down the isle together in the wedding, can you imagine this much cuteness in one place. Believe it because I'm gonna try to make it happen. Milestone updates: Alanna is definitely shaking her head NO everytime she hears the word. She is saying mama and dada, and some times I swear she says bobble for bottle. She is also saying something along the lines of Dat? Either cat, whats that?, or any number of combinations. She is super fast a crawling, and is a walker along the furniture. A couple of falls this weekend but nothing to be too worried about yet. I bet in a couple of weeks she will be walking. Wow, can you believe it. They do really grow up fast huh?
