Today Ben is 2 months old. Could someone please tell me how to slow life down, because even though I know its impossible to stop time, I wish every minute of the day I could. Just so I could breathe in that moment again. We go to the doctor tomorrow for his 2 month check up so stats will be forthcoming.

The other day Ben was laying on the floor, doing what he does best, nothing, and Alanna was down there with him. She looked at Ben and then at me and told me how Ben was her bes fend (best friend). Tears instantly were in my eyes and I had to blink twice so they wouldn't fall. That was it right there..That was the moment I had been waiting for, the brother, sister bond and it made everything in the world worth it. The scariness of quiting my job, the craziness of my pregnancy, the harsh labor, it all went out the window with those simple words.
