That is exactly what my head felt like this morning when I woke up. Yesterday was Chris's brothers birthday and he had a HUGE party out on his step-dads pond with a bonfire. It was so fun. Chris and I have not been able to get out together since Valentines day. This was a much needed thing and we really enjoyed ourselves, oh did I forget to mention the 2 kegs that were free to ALL, and how at the end of the night all gone!
Hannah and Alanna stayed the night at my moms house. That was nice because we definitely needed the sleep this morning. Ha, I don't remember feeling like this since highschool {did I say highschool, I mean.....college, yeah thats it college :) } What a day.
Last night was the 1st night Alanna slept away from home since she was born. It only took us 6 1/2 months to let go, its all down hill from there though. Once you let go the 1st time, it definitely gets easier after that. The girls were great, Hannah had so much fun, she loves staying at grandma's because she gets to stay up late. Well it feels like its time to take the headache medicine again and GO TO BED. I think we've had enough fun to last us another 4 months.
So glad you got to get away....I know what that headache feels like...ugh:)
