Hannah had her christmas concert at her school on Wednesday. I am so proud of her. She has overcome so much fear in the past year. While I was pregnant with Alanna, Hannah asked if she could do tap dance. I signed her up and she was having so much fun. That is until they started talking about the recital. She dropped out because she was scared to be on stage. After Alanna was born she asked if she could to dance again. I told her yes but if she dropped out again she wouldn't be allowed to join back up. Over the summer she took gymnastics and this fall she started hip hop. She has now completed her christmas mall show and her christams concert both on sta

ge. She gets a little nervous at 1st and then she breathes and she feels better. The next concernt for dance is in the spring. Hannah keeps talking about being on stage and how she loves it. Its amazing to watch her grow into being a real little person. She is so big yet still has so far to go.

My oldest daughter did the same thing. She took dance and LOVED it. When it came time to get on stage, she did NOT want to go. The funny thing is, is that she is a performer in life. I guess it is better if it is her own terms. It sounds like Hannah has come a long way though. That's great. BTW- Thanks for the drop in!
