Well I didn't get on my treadmill this week, and I am really disapointed in myself. But to tell you the truth, this past week, went by so fast, I barely remember it. I lost 1 pound putting it at total weight loss at 8.6 pounds for 4 weeks. Still not bad. I am keeping my goal of getting on my treadmill still for this week. Hopefully feeling my disapointment now will be a motivater.

I do have to confess that I ate BBQ ribs and chicken, baked beans, potatoe salad and corn bread over the weekend and I washed it down with way to many alcoholic drinks. Saturday night, Chris' boss had a party and that was the food/drink of choice. I had small helpings, but got off track a little bit. By Monday morning though, I was right back on to the point system.

  2. I would have too. Don't worry, you have a great attitude and motivation going and you WILL do it! Every day is fresh start! Be PROUD of the weight you have lost so far girl!!
