I was going through some old Halloween costumes yesterday and found this flower girl dress from when Hannah was in my older brothers wedding. It was on New Years Eve it was a really fun night. I put Alanna in it and took some pictures of her. You can see them on flickr, some of them are edited the others are not. I told her to smile and she picked what she wanted to do. Alanna is so precious, sometimes I forget how great she really can be. She's had a really rough couple of weeks. She has been doing great in school, but at home, she is having some behavior problems. Not listening, sitting on Ben, throwing temper tantrums things like that. (Some have told us that 4 is the new terrible 2's...can't wait) We are really trying to work with her and some days are better than others. This picture refreshes me and helps add a few more patience when it comes to Alanna. She has a smile that lights up a room....I couldn't be more proud of her!

  1. She is beautiful!

She really is a great kid, Tasha. I fell in love with her while we were there. In fact, all three of your kids are pretty great. Four was a really rough age for Noah too, but it will pass. It takes A LOT of patience, consistency and some time, but you will all get through it. Take care and enjoy your family. Nettie

  3. love this photo, and what it means to you. it's good to look back...
